Summary: I had the opportunity to interview Isabelle Kaul on my Podcast this week. I learned so much from her and want to share my takeaways from our conversation. I learned that if you really want to achieve something you will work for it, being young won’t hold you back from achieving your goals, and how being a good person touches other people’s lives.

I had an amazing conversation with Isabelle and learned so much from her. She is a young business owner who has defied the odds of being a young entrepreneur. Age doesn’t matter and shouldn’t hold you back from achieving your goals. Isabelle started her business at 17 and has been extremely successful with it. I sometimes get down on myself about my age as a life coach but the truth is that I can achieve anything I want to. I have spent a lot of time studying and taking courses in coaching and psychology that have helped me be able to be a better life coach.

I know that hard work will pay off and help you achieve your goals. If you are struggling with achieving your goals it is okay to take a step back and evaluate them. Figure out what you want to achieve and pick a realistic timeline to get it done during.

The most impactful thing I learned was about being a good person. I have always felt that I am a good person. Doing the little things for others is more impactful than you might think. I challenge you to think of 3 ways that you can be a light in someone's life today. It doesn’t have to be a grand gesture, it can be as simple as a wave.
